Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is also calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Our products are handmade in small batches. Orders usually ship within [ORDER PROCESSING TIME, e.g. 1-3 business days] after payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with [SHIPPING CARRIER(S), e.g. USPS]. When your order ships we will email you a tracking number when one is available. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email [email protected] right away; once an order has shipped we may not be able to change it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will help where we can.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days and we will help file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
