Our salve and toothpowder are handmade in small batches, so color, scent and texture can vary slightly between batches. We try to describe products and show photos accurately, but colors and packaging on your screen may differ from the item you receive.

3. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid. Payment is processed by PayPal; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout (such as PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later and cards). Shipping and applicable sales tax are added at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. We may limit quantities per order.

6. Cosmetic and health disclaimer

• Our products are cosmetics intended for personal care only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is medical or dental advice.
• The Frankincense & Myrrh Salve is for external use only and contains sweet almond oil (a tree nut). Do not use it if you have a tree nut allergy.
• The toothpowder is not to be swallowed and does not replace professional dental care.
• Natural ingredients can still cause reactions. Patch test before first use, read the full ingredient list, stop using a product if irritation occurs, and talk to a doctor or dentist if you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies or a medical condition. Keep products out of reach of children.

7. The HAMSA coin

The Site may provide information about the HAMSA coin, a token on the TON blockchain. We do not sell, exchange or accept the HAMSA coin or any cryptocurrency through the Site. Information about it is not an offer to sell securities or any investment, and is not financial advice. Crypto assets are highly risky. Any transaction you make on third-party platforms is at your own risk and is governed by those platforms' terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Ahamza Vision name, logo, text, photos and designs on the Site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or use them without permission.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to services we do not control (such as PayPal, X, Instagram, Telegram, DeDust and Tonviewer). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
